What to drink? Week 49

This week I have some more cava suggestions for you!

Now it is only cava that fills my thoughts to the brim, now when I sit and edit the last things in the script that will then be sent to the publisher for proof reading and everything else they do to it for us to be able to start with the layout.

Among the Swedish monopoly's shelves, there are some really nice and very High-value cavas and L'Hereu the Raventós in Blanc, is one of them. A traditional and very nice cava made from 60% macabeu, 20% Parellada and 20% xarel-lo, which I like very much. The traditional grapes area bit closer to my heart for some reason, maybe just because it gives the cava a more unique character in general in my opinion. With Raventós in Blanc I like the fact that it is dominated by macabeu, giving a green fresh fruitiness.
